In 2017, a visit to my old man’s childhood home and its Meyer lemon trees sparked an idea; soon after, life handed me lemons and a Traeger, and something new began. By 2021, after 26 years in education, I stepped away to pursue it fully, now partnering with family farms from Orosi, California to Sicily, Italy to source exceptional citrus and share it from grove to glass.
